Yo4Youth Program

The Yo4Youth Program provides inclusive, in-school and after-school activities designed to support vulnerable youth in Vancouver. By fostering pro-social recreation, healthy communication, leadership development, and decision-making skills, Yo4Youth creates positive opportunities that help young people build resilience and confidence.

Through mentorship, structured activities, and a safe, supportive environment, the program connects youth with trusted role models who guide them away from risk factors and toward success. Whether through sports, leadership training, or group discussions, Yo4Youth helps participants develop the skills they need to make positive choices and build a strong foundation for their future.

Join us in creating brighter futures for our youth!

“Joe Calendino and the YBYG team have made a difference in the lives of many students. I have watched many troubled youth from our school and community become young, confident men and women, who are now mentoring their peers, taking on leadership roles, and thriving toward their preferred futures. They are part of the YBYG team, giving back to the community, and continuing to grow and learn as young adults.
— Janice Smith, Principal South Surrey Learning Centre
